Meet Alex
Alex Rabinovich immigrated to the United States from Kharkiv, Ukraine in 1989 with a background in civil engineering and an eye for design. Over the years that followed, he channeled that precision into an unlikely creative career — crafting jewelry collections for Tiffany's and Arnold Palmer, two of the most recognized names in luxury goods. Later, he traded equities on Wall Street, where he developed the same discipline and attention to detail that would eventually define Zippy Dynamics.
But it was never really about suits or stocks or stones. It was always about the dogs.
When his Chinese Crested, Loki, and his poodle, Max, needed protection from New York's winters, Alex went looking for full-body suits that were functional, comfortable, and actually fit. He couldn't find them. So he did what engineers do — he solved the problem himself. What started as a custom solution for two dogs became a product line trusted by dog owners across North America.
Loki passed away tragically. Max lost his sight at a young age and underwent successful cataract surgery. Zippy Dynamics is, in many ways, their legacy.

The Story Behind the Brand
The Two Dogs Who Started It All
Zippy Dynamics was born out of love — and necessity. Alex's Chinese Crested, Loki, and his poodle, Max, were the inspiration behind everything. Loki passed away tragically. Max lost his sight at a very young age and underwent successful cataract surgery.
Through it all, Alex struggled to find full-body suits that were truly comfortable, functional, and stylish enough for the dogs he loved. So he built his own. What started as a personal solution became a product that dog owners across North America now rely on every day.
Loki and Max never got to see what they started — but every suit that ships from Zippy Dynamics carries a little piece of them. The adjustable fit, the thoughtful construction, the obsession with getting it right — all of it traces back to two dogs on the streets of New York City who deserved better than what was available. This brand is their legacy.
