How does Zippy protect my dog?
Dogs have much more sensitive skin than humans, so it is important to keep irritants away. Whether it is an adventure in the woods or a walk around the block, our dog apparel protects from rain, snow, dirt, bugs and more. Learn more here.
How is it convenient for us?
It's good for your pup and for your home to keep your dog clean, but that can be difficult. Zippy Dynamics makes it easier. Dogs come home cleaner, dryer and happier from any weather. That means a cleaner home and less frequent bathing. The image below shows a problem in the rain and melting snow and on a wet roads with dogs under bellies ang legs getting so dirty. The Full Body Suit keeps your pup clean.
How warm is Zippy apparel?
Our lines of apparel from warmest to lightest: full-body suits, coats, parkas, vests, and a raincoat. Each product page has a rating of it's warmth to help you choose the best product for your climate. For really frigid environments, consider layering a vest under a full-body suit to keep your dog cozy.
How does my dog go to the bathroom?
As they would if they were wearing nothing at all! There is an ample opening at the bottom of all our dog apparel for either gender to go #1 or #2.
I'm not sure which size will fit best?
Take a look at our Measure & Dress page here. Our full-body suits come in short- and long-leg varieties (i.e. 14S and 14L) to better fit different dog body types. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we would be more than happy to help you find the right size.
My dog doesn't fit any size, do you offer custom orders?
We will make your dog custom sized apparel! Just reach out to us with your dog's measurements and we will make one of our products to fit! There is no additional cost to you, just a 10-business day delay to make the item.
Can Zippy apparel be worn with a harness?
Yes, our apparel is designed to be worn underneath your dog's harness. Adjustable cords on our full-body suits are located to not interfere with a harness.
We issue refunds, exchanges, or store credits for all return items, shipping excluded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for eGift Cards. We only accept items that are new, unused, clean, free of dirt and pet hair, and with the original sales tags (please make sure you are satisfied with the suit before removing sales tags). A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) can be requested 15 days after the customer receives their order. We have a one-time return policy so if necessary please re-measure your pet before re-ordering. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA. Please include "RMA Request" followed by your order number. You should mail your return 30 days after receiving an RMA. Once we receive the order we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit depending on what was requested. If you do not request an RMA, your return will not be processed! For your own protection, we suggest you receive a tracking number when mailing in a return. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for damaged items. You can always contact email@example.com for assistance in the return process.
Email order confirmations are sent immediately after an order is made. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam filter first, and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event it hasn’t arrived. We advise you to review your order confirmation carefully to make sure that it accurately reflects your intended purchase. You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
You may cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include "Cancellation Request" followed by your order number. Orders that have already been shipped and assigned a tracking number cannot be canceled.
Customers can make purchases through PayPal or with a Credit or Debit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
We ship out orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Beyond that point we cannot guarantee carrier transit time. Transit times are provided by USPS or UPS, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with the destination, particularly during holiday seasons. In most instances, you will be required to sign for the package to be delivered. Please arrange for someone to accept the delivery.
Shipping Multiple Orders
We will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases if we can. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of making the first order. Please include "Combination Request" followed by all the order numbers divided with commas. If we have already shipped an order, we cannot combine it with others.
Your pets are like small children in many ways. We don not recommend leaving animals unattended with ANY articles of clothing, jewelry, toys or with hats on.
Pet Products Sizes
The size of individual dogs, even within the same breed, can vary. Refer to our measuring guide to choose the right Zippy Dynamics size for your dog. We recommend that you make your selection carefully or contact us for additional information if you are unsure of your purchase.
Customer Contact Information
The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address (one that is recognized by UPS). In addition, the customer should supply a valid email address that can be used for communication. We cannot keep you informed about your order if an email address is incorrect or goes unchecked.
We only collect a sales tax for purchases delivered in New York State. For purchases delivered to other states, they are subject the individual state's sales tax. Purchases made over the Internet are not exempt from a state imposed sales tax. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of each year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were made but not taxed.
