Returns
We issue refunds, exchanges, or store credits for all return items, shipping excluded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for eGift Cards. We only accept items that are new, unused, clean, free of dirt and pet hair, and with the original sales tags attached — please make sure you are satisfied with the suit before removing tags. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) can be requested within 15 days of receiving your order. We have a one-time return policy, so please re-measure your pet before re-ordering if needed. Email sales@zippydynamics.com with the subject line "RMA Request" followed by your order number. Returns must be mailed within 30 days of receiving your RMA. Once received, we will issue a refund, exchange, or store credit as requested. Returns without an approved RMA will not be processed. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for damaged items. For tracking protection, we recommend obtaining a tracking number when mailing your return.

Order Confirmations
Email confirmations are sent immediately after an order is placed. If you don't receive one, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at sales@zippydynamics.com. Please review your confirmation carefully to ensure it reflects your intended purchase. You will receive a separate shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing sales@zippydynamics.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" followed by your order number. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Payment
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards — MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Shipping
Orders ship within 48 hours of being received. Transit times are estimates provided by USPS or UPS, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary by destination — especially during peak seasons. A signature may be required upon delivery, so please arrange for someone to be available to accept the package.

Combining Multiple Orders
We're happy to combine shipping on multiple orders when possible. Contact us at sales@zippydynamics.com within 24 hours of placing your first order. Include "Combination Request" followed by all order numbers separated by commas. Orders that have already shipped cannot be combined.

Safety
Your pets are like small children in many ways. We do not recommend leaving animals unattended while wearing any articles of clothing, jewelry, hats, or with toys.

Sizing
The size of individual dogs, even within the same breed, can vary. Please refer to our measuring guide to choose the right Zippy Dynamics size for your dog. When in doubt, contact us — we're happy to help.

Contact Information
Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address recognized by UPS, as well as a valid email address for order communication. We cannot keep you informed about your order if your contact information is incorrect or goes unchecked.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on purchases delivered within New York State. Purchases delivered to other states are subject to that state's applicable sales tax laws.
